This is the 60ton low bed trailer we just finished for our Madagascar client.
This trailer’s chassis adopts high-grade steel with 350Mpa yield strength. The main beams are welded automatically by the welding robots. We have upgraded the mainframe design, which allows the trailer to carry more loads. The mainframe will also last longer. Compared to other Chinese factories, we are proud to offer a 5-year warranty on the mainframe.
We use three axle design; the length of the trailer is 12.5 meters. The loading capacity of the trailer is 60 tons. We put side extension on both sides of the trailer to increase the loading platform size for the oversized cargos. The brand of the axle is Fuwa axle, and it’s a trendy Chinese brand known for its excellent quality. The landing gear is from Jost. We also use special reinforced heavy-duty hydraulic ramps for this trailer, and they can be used to safely load and unload weighty steel tracked machines for up to 2 years. Two small landing gears are installed in the rear end to ensure the stability of the ramps. The trailer platform is made of 4mm steel chequer plate. Twenty pieces of Rope hooks are welded on both sides of the trailer, which can be used with ropes to stabilise the cargo onboard.

Our trailer is designed for optimal load distribution. Instead of two web reinforcement structure design, which is commonly used by other Chinese factories, we adopt the structure of width plate and stiffened plate reinforcement.
